Returning Visitors

Detect and notify when past visitors return.

What you'll need

  • An active chatbot or open house sign-in page with existing visitor history

Steps

  1. When someone who previously signed in at your open house or interacted with your chatbot returns to your listing page, the system detects them automatically.
  2. You receive a notification alerting you that a past visitor has returned.
  3. Returning visitors are flagged in the Leads dashboard with their total visit count.
  4. Click on the lead to see their full visit history, including dates and pages viewed across all visits.
  5. Use this to identify high-intent buyers who keep coming back to the same listing.

Tips

  • A returning visitor is a strong buying signal. They liked what they saw enough to come back.
  • Reach out within a few hours of a return visit notification while the property is fresh in their mind.
  • Visitors who return multiple times but haven't reached out may need a gentle nudge. A quick text saying "I noticed you've been looking at 123 Main St" can start a conversation.
