Steps
- When someone who previously signed in at your open house or interacted with your chatbot returns to your listing page, the system detects them automatically.
- You receive a notification alerting you that a past visitor has returned.
- Returning visitors are flagged in the Leads dashboard with their total visit count.
- Click on the lead to see their full visit history, including dates and pages viewed across all visits.
- Use this to identify high-intent buyers who keep coming back to the same listing.
Tips
- A returning visitor is a strong buying signal. They liked what they saw enough to come back.
- Reach out within a few hours of a return visit notification while the property is fresh in their mind.
- Visitors who return multiple times but haven't reached out may need a gentle nudge. A quick text saying "I noticed you've been looking at 123 Main St" can start a conversation.
