QR Placement Tracking

Track which signs drive the most visitors.

What you'll need

  • An open house with QR codes already created
  • QR codes placed in different locations (yard sign, tent card, flyer, etc.)

Steps

  1. Each QR code is labeled with a placement type (yard sign, tent card, flyer, door sign, etc.).
  2. When a visitor scans a QR code, the system records which placement they used.
  3. Go to Dashboard > Real Estate > Open Houses and click on your open house.
  4. View the Open House Summary to see a breakdown of sign-ins by QR placement.
  5. Compare which placements drive the most sign-ins to optimize your setup for the next open house.

Tips

  • Yard signs typically capture the most walk-in traffic from the street.
  • Tent cards on the kitchen counter are great for visitors who forgot to sign in at the door.
  • Use this data to decide where to invest in better signage for future open houses.
