Steps

  1. Every conversation is automatically scored on two dimensions: quality (0-100) and urgency (0-100).
  2. Quality measures buying intent: pre-approval status, budget range, specific property interest, and engagement depth.
  3. Urgency measures timeline: "looking this weekend" scores higher than "just browsing."
  4. Scores appear on each lead in the Leads dashboard and in conversation history.
  5. The AI analyzes the full conversation transcript (both visitor and bot messages), not just keywords.
  6. Use scores to prioritize follow-ups. High quality + high urgency leads deserve a call within the hour.

Tips

  • A visitor who mentions pre-approval and a specific price range will score much higher on quality than someone asking general questions.
  • Urgency scores help you decide who to call first when you have multiple new leads.
  • Scores update as the conversation progresses, so a "just browsing" visitor who later asks about scheduling a showing will see their urgency score increase.
