Creating an Open House
Set up a digital sign-in page with QR code.
What you'll need
- A LeadFloAgent account with an active subscription
- The property address, date, and time for your open house
Steps
- Go to Dashboard > Real Estate > Open Houses tab.
- Click Create Open House in the top-right corner.
- Enter the property address, date, and start/end time.
- The system generates a unique sign-in page URL and a QR code automatically.
- Preview the sign-in page by clicking Preview to see exactly what visitors will see.
- When everything looks good, your open house is live and ready for visitors.
Tips
- Create your open house a day or two before the event so you have time to print materials.
- The sign-in page is mobile-optimized, so visitors scanning QR codes on their phones will have a smooth experience.
- You can edit the date and time after creation if plans change.
