Plans & Billing

LeadFloAgent offers plans for individual agents. All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial.

Billing Intervals

Plans are available on monthly or annual billing. Annual billing offers approximately 17% savings compared to paying month-to-month. You can switch between billing intervals from the billing portal.


Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have access to all features so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing.

A credit card is required to start the trial. You will be charged at the end of the 14-day period unless you cancel before then.


Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
  3. Enter your payment details and confirm.

The upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.


Managing Your Subscription

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing to access the full billing portal. From here you can:

  • Update your payment method: Replace an expired card or switch to a different card.
  • View invoices: Download PDF invoices for any billing period.
  • Switch billing interval: Move between monthly and annual billing. Switching to annual takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Cancel your subscription: See the cancellation section below.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.

  • Your account remains active through the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days after the paid period ends. Export your leads and any data you want to keep before this window closes.

To cancel, go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Billing → Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.


What Happens if Payment Fails

If a scheduled payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  1. LeadFloAgent sends an email notification to the billing email on file.
  2. Payment is automatically retried over the following 7 days.
  3. If payment is not resolved within the retry window, lead routing email notifications are paused. Lead capture continues — leads are saved to your dashboard but agents are not notified.
  4. Once payment is resolved, your subscription is restored and queued notifications are delivered. No leads are lost.

To avoid service interruption, keep your payment method current under Manage Billing.


Taxes and Invoicing

LeadFloAgent collects applicable sales tax based on your billing address where required by law. Tax amounts are shown on each invoice. For invoicing questions, contact hello@leadfloagent.com.
