Generate PDF property packs for visitors.
What you'll need
- An open house already created in your dashboard
- Property details filled in for the listing
Steps
- Go to Dashboard > Real Estate > Open Houses and click on your open house.
- Click Generate Property Pack on the open house detail page.
- The system creates a multi-page PDF with property details, photos, neighborhood info, and your agent contact information.
- Click Download to save the PDF.
- Print copies for visitors at the open house or email the PDF to interested leads after the event.
Tips
- Property packs make a great takeaway for visitors who want to remember the details later.
- Email the pack to visitors who signed in as a follow-up touchpoint within 24 hours.
- The pack automatically includes your branding and contact info, so every copy is a marketing piece.
