Steps
- After each bot response, the AI automatically generates 2-3 follow-up questions the visitor might ask next.
- These appear as clickable pills below the message in the chat widget.
- When a visitor clicks a suggestion, it sends that question to the chatbot as if they typed it.
- Suggestions are contextual and change based on the conversation topic. A visitor asking about price will see different suggestions than one asking about the neighborhood.
