What you'll need

  • An active LeadFloAgent account with some chatbot conversations or open house sign-ins

Steps

  1. Go to the Analytics page from your dashboard sidebar.
  2. View key metrics: total conversations, messages sent, lead capture rate, and average response time.
  3. See top visitor questions to understand what people are asking about most.
  4. Review lead quality distribution to see how many high-intent vs. browsing visitors you're getting.
  5. Track conversation trends over time to spot patterns (e.g., more traffic after listing a new property).
  6. Use these insights to improve your chatbot's knowledge base and your marketing efforts.

Tips

  • Check your analytics weekly to spot trends. A sudden drop in lead capture rate may mean your chatbot needs updated information.
  • Top visitor questions tell you what information to feature more prominently on your listing pages.
  • Compare analytics before and after making changes to your chatbot to measure the impact.
