These Terms govern your use of LeadFloAgent, a real estate AI lead-response offering operated by LeadFloAgent. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for account credentials and all actions performed by users in your workspace.

2. Acceptable Use

• Comply with all applicable laws and fair-housing requirements.
• Do not use the service for harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.
• Do not interfere with service security or infrastructure.

3. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. AI Responses

Our chat assistant is powered by OpenAI. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing messages and workflows before relying on them in production.

5. Listing Content Authorization

By using LeadFlo, you authorize LeadFlo to display your listing photos, descriptions, and property details within the LeadFlo platform, including the AI chatbot, property reports, and marketing materials. You represent that you have the necessary rights to authorize such display.

6. Privacy

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
